How to Correct Hero Printing on 2 passes

  1. Click on the system tray arrow ( /\ ) on the bottom right side of the taskbar

  2. Right click on the red Hero Icon

  3. Select configure

  4. Click on calibrate PTZ printer on the top one

  5. The printer will push out some paper

  6. Rip that paper EXACTLY where it stopped (will not be on the perforated line)

  7. Test print a new pass

  8. The issue should be resolved
