Top 5 Things to Know About Logging In To PowerSchool / PowerTeacher:
1. Do not save your password into your Internet browser! You must type in your username and password to log into the system each time.
2. Write down your password and keep it in a safe place.
3. Use the correct URL for the area of PowerSchool you need to log in to. Each portal has a separate username and password to log in.
(Example: Your PowerSchool Admin username and password WILL NOT be accepted in the PowerTeacher portal.)

4. If you receive an error message (in Chrome) that the "teacher portal is down," type in your username and password again to log in. This is a known bug in PowerSchool with no current resolution.
5. If you enter an invalid username or password, your account will be locked after 10 failed attempts. To unlock your account or reset your password, open a helpdesk ticket at http://support.cicd99.edu.
