How to fix Raptor Printing Issues

  • Make sure the printer is plugged into the correct port in the back of the computer. There is a label on the back that specifies what should be plugged in where. If they are not in the proper ports they will not work correctly.

  • Once verified, Unplug the printers USB cord from the back of the computer, wait 10 seconds and plug it back into the SAME port and try to print.

  • If it does not print after this

  • Click on the system tray arrow on the taskbar (by your battery, volume, and network icon's)

  • Right click on the raptor icon and select open hardware services

  • Go to the settings tab

  • All printers are most likely set to the Dymo 450 and we need to change that to DYMO Twin Turbo (auto)

  • Click on the pencil to the right of the printer and change it to dymo twin turbo (auto) and click the green checkmark. Do this for all printers on the settings tab.

  • Click save at the bottom of the page.

  • Click the print icon next to the printer to print a test badge.

  • If it prints you are all set

  • If it is still not printing, please initiate a remote session by clicking on this link Initiate Remote Support Session
